Town Centre First Plan - Provisional Actions Consultation

A Town Centre First Plan for Graiguenamanagh is being prepared with the aim of establishing a vision for Graiguenamanagh, concentrating on key regeneration projects identified through a collaborative process.

In accordance with the Town Centre First Policy and following an extensive programme of stakeholder consultation led by Research + Dig Urban Regeneration & Heritage a number of key proposals and actions for the regeneration of the town centre have been identified..

There are currently 31 Provisional Actions identified as part of the stakeholder consultations. The final document will contain approximately 16 actions as prioritised by the community. Accordingly, we would like to hear your opinion on which actions should be included in the Town Centre First Plan.

All interested stakeholders are invited to join one of two Community Workshops on 24th September 2025 to give your views on the draft recommendations to be included in the Town Centre First Plan.
