Kilkenny County Council, in partnership with Carlow County Council and The Office of Public Works are progressing the Graiguenamanagh/Tinnahinch Flood relief Scheme.
Ayesa (formerly Byrne Looby), are the Consulting Engineers appointed by Kilkenny County Council to progress the Scheme.
The proposed Flood Relief Scheme is to protect the communities of Graiguenamanagh and Tinnahinch against future flood events by providing a scheme that is socially, environmentally, technically and economically viable.
The purpose of this non-statutory public display is to inform the public of the emerging Preferred Option identified to alleviate flooding and deliver on the project objectives. Public forums are an important part of advancing the development of an appropriate option for the project.
As part of this process, the emerging Preferred Option will be on display at an in-person public consultation event at:

In addition, the information will be available through an online consultation pages on the dedicated website throughout the consultation period from 23rd January to 7th February:
