In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the above Regulations, Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following development: The construction of a mixed tenure development of 80 housing units including 24 nr 1 bed apartments, 18 nr 2 bed apartments, 8 nr 2 bed houses, 25 nr 3 bed houses, 5 nr 4 bed houses with all associated site works, landscaping, roadways, footpaths and services. Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase for a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours from 16hof January 2026 to 13thof February 2026inclusive, at: -
