1. Introduction

Kilkenny County Council intends to make a Proposed Amendment to the Callan Local Area Plan 2009-2020 under the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2013.  The purpose of this report is to consider whether Amendment No. 2 requires Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
