Goal 12 – Community Development, Facilities, Infrastructure and Participation

Under this goal there are the following objectives:

1. Ensure all citizens of Kilkenny (rural and urban based) have access to appropriate community facilities.
2. Ensure all facilities are utilised to their optimum capacity, open and available to all citizens.
3. Ensure community development coordination at Municipal District level to support communities at local level
4. Increase community participation and civic engagement at both Municipal District and at County Level.
