An Garda Síochána, the Health Service Executive and Kilkenny County Council are each required by the above mentioned regulations to prepare plans to deal with effects off-site and to assist, where relevant, with the emergency response on-site in the event of a major accident at:
A draft copy of the External Emergency Plan for Trans-Stock Ltd will be available for examination for a period of four (4no.) weeks (Friday 02nd September 2016 to Friday 30th September 2016) for viewing between 09:30 and 16:30hrs excluding bank holidays/weekends at the following locations:

Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed External Emergency Plan may be made in writing to Frank Dunne, Senior ACFO, Kilkenny Fire Service, Gaol Road, Kilkenny R95 R660 , by emailing frank.dunne@kilkennycoco.ie or by making a submission via this website, not later than 17:00hrs on Friday 07th October 2016
