Pursuant to its powers under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46) Kilkenny County Council gives notice of its intention to carry out bus stop improvement works in the Piltown Municipal District at the following Bus Stops:
At the Active Travel Offices, Kilkenny County Council Offices, St. Patrick’s Court from 9.30am to 4.30pm and the Area Office of Municipal District of Piltown in Ferrybank, Co. Kilkenny.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development will be carried out may be:
Submissions should be clearly marked “Piltown Municipal District Bus Stop Enhancement Scheme” and received before 4pm on Friday 24th July 2026. Please note late submissions will not be accepted.
