Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 as amended by the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Kilkenny County Council gives notice of its intention to carry out works in Tullaroan Village consisting of the following:
·Installation of 4 round-top ramps at locations A, B, C and D as listed in the attached drawings
·Advance warning signage and road markings
The proposals are available from Friday, 27th of August, 2026:
·At the Castlecomer Area Office, Kilkenny Road, Castlecomer from 9.30am to 4.30pm
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development will be carried out may be:
Submissions should be clearly marked “Tullaroan Speed Reduction 2026” and received before 4pm on Monday 28th September 2026. Please note late submissions will not be accepted.
