Recommendation no. 6 of the Brewery Re-Visioning report was that the Variations would not commence until the Masterplan had been finalised and approved. It now looks as though the council are trying to push the Masterplan and the Variations through together. There needs to be time for the submissions re the Masterplan to be looked at and also time for debate in council chambers. Opening up the planning process for the Variations is premature.
