I am an owner of a house in my Juliet and am very concerned re the over development of houses in Mt Juliet particularly on the site south of the Paddocks. I purchased in MJul because of the unique space and lack of overcrowding. The proposed over development smacks of greed and shows little consideration for existing owners. If I wanted to live in an estate I could have purchased in Thomastown or Kilkenny for a fraction of price. Please don't allow the ambience of MJ to be destroyed for a quick profit !!
