The development is to be funded by the Rebuilding Ireland Programme.

In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the above Regulations, Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of proposals pertaining to the following development:
Construction of a House at Blackstaff, Callan, Co. Kilkenny
The proposed development will consist of the construction of a 4 bed single storey house and all associated site works.
Plans and particulars of both developments will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from Friday 7th July 2017 to Friday 18th August 2017 inclusive, at:
(1) The Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, Johns Street, Kilkenny City - from 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)
(2) Kilkenny County Council Area Office, Clonmel Road, Callan, Co. Kilkenny- from 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)
