Kilkenny County Council Social Housing Strategy 2015 – 2017 provides for the continued provision of direct social housing by Kilkenny County Council.
A site at GRAIGUEWOODS/LODGE DEMENSE EAST, FRESHFORD, CO KILKENNY is currently owned by Kilkenny County Council and is suitable for the development of a 4 bedroom dwelling house and associated site works to meet a housing need in the area. Existing buildings on the site are not suitable for conversion to housing units and are proposed to be demolished.
In accordance with the provisions of Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2000-2015, details of the proposed development are now being placed on public display. Details of the proposed development will be on display for a 6 week period as follows:- FRIDAY 01ST JULY 2016 to FRIDAY 12TH AUGUST 2016
Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be carried out are now invited, with a closing date for receipt of submissions on FRIDAY 26TH AUGUST 2016.
