I object to variation number 9. At both public consulations it was evident that people do not want a spur road / urban street off the CAS that traverses the site. The historic site of St. Francis Abbey, the city wall, the well and Evans Turret should be peaceful and quiet and would be negatively impacted if there was a road running through it. If emergency vehicles need an access point there we need to see the different options that are available so we can pick the one that is least intrusive on the historical site.
