Proposed variation Nos1a,b,c

I am requesting the expansion of any further housing in the Mount Juliet estate be removed form the proposed variation.  I am requesting this in the interest of residential amenity (a core objective of the current plan) and in order to protect the unique natural landscape and environment of Mount Juliet, the River Nore cSAC and possible floodplains within the area.
