Missing Agricultural Crossing

There is a missing agricultural crossing on my land as noted in drawing AL101. The crossing has been in place many years and is gated. This crossing is located between OBJ465 & OBJ 463 closer to OBJ465. This crossing is needed for farmers moving their livestock between fields.

Main reasons: 

Crossing is a gated existing crossing for many years that needs to remain to allow livestock to move between fields.

Clarification on the management of existing services crossing the railway (Water & Electric fencing)

I require clarification on how existing services will be managed that are currently crossing the railway at Peafield, Kilmurry, Co. Kilkenny (near OBJ465 bridge)

1) Water services are currently running across the bridge to service land and buildings on each side of the bridge.

2) Electric fencing is currently running between fields across the railway at both agricultural crossings near OBJ465.
