I see, just now the Council has released a 108-page document on Parking and the brewery site. Did the CEO of Kilkenny County Council and her team deliberately delay the release of this document? It's an important document that directly effects the design code of the Brewery site?
I now calling on Kilkenny County Council CEO to start again this public consultation and provide all info so that the public can make an informed decision about the future ofKilkenny.
How does this document effect design plan consultion.
The parking document mentions.
"Ten coach parking bays area recommended, and the recommended location for them is on the lands between the CAS and the River Breagagh "
Why is the above not in the design plan consulation.
