Submission to Material Alterations

I have tried to submit this on consult kilkenny but it won't work for me.

I submit as follows.

It is unclear whether the conservation objectives will be met under this plan

There have been no scientific surveys undertaken as part of the plan, No reports from Irish water as to indicate whether the current wast water treatment plants have been assessed under this plan.

this plan needs an stage 2 appropriate screening report to be carried out.
