On map 10 it is stated that the 60 km/h zone should extend all the way to the N29 Junction
Based on the quality of the road I think it would be more appropriate to at most extend the 60 km/h zone to the Waterford side of the Glanbia roundabout. After this point, to the junction with the N29 there is both a road and a footpath and the whole setup is well capable of supporting 80km/h
