R700 Speed limit review

I wish to make a submission to request a speed limit of 50KM on t R700 a be extended as far as Norely there B&B . The road is so dangerous to all the people who live in our esstate. The  estate is full of elderly and small  cildren who are at risk every time they go out of the road.  The cars often go onto the verge, and daily there are near misses and incdients on teh road due tot he speed people get to once they go through the village.  Pulling out of the road is a serious risk as the speed cars go arounf the blind bend makes it very difficult. Its an accident waiting to happen.
