Proposed development by Kilkenny County Council Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 Hugginstown Village Renewal Scheme
In accordance with Section 38 of the above Regulations, Kilkenny County Council gives notice of proposals pertaining to the following development:
Proposed urban area enhancement, traffic management measures and pedestrian facilities, including the installation of raised pedestrian crossings, improvement works to surfaces of existing footways, construction of new footways and kerbed buildouts, delineated carparking bays and associated public lighting upgrade.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection from Monday 04th February 2019 to Friday 01st March 2019 inclusive, on the consult website: https://consult.kilkenny.ie/enand at the following locations:

The latest date for receipt of comments on the above scheme is Friday 15th March 2019.
